Many people don’t like to defrag the hard drive of their computers because it takes too long, but is essential to keep the computer running smooth.

there is a sysinternal tool from microsoft to defrag pagefilesys and-hiberfilsys which are normally locked when you run a normal fragmentation tool..

nice solution. anyway when a operating system is slow it does not just mean that it need to be defrag.
