I have used Blaze Media Pro quite a long time ago, some several years back in time, and don't remember any problems with it. But then after I reinstalled Windows I decided not to reinstall Blaze Media Pro. That is because I converted audio files mainly for my Samsung music player at the time and used MediaMonkey to copy files to it. MediaMonkey has an automatic audio file format converter, so there wasn't any more necessity in Blaze Media Pro.
All in all, there are indeed a lot of conversion tools these days and $65 price tag is too much.
